Our wines may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age. When delivery of the wine is made, the person receiving the wine must show identification to the common carrier representative which verifies that the person receiving the wine is at least 21 years of age. All wines are sold in California, and title passes to buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipping. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine to the location you specified above.
